Lisa Washburn grew up in Provo, Utah. She completed her BA from Brigham Young University in English (’06) with a minor in editing. In addition to being a mom (her favorite job), she enjoys teaching piano lessons, doing the aerial silks, and going on dates with her husband, Adam. They live with their seven children in Carmel, Indiana.
